That's when I know that I have to get out cause I have been there before

This turned out to be a pretty crappy afternoon and evening!

Got a second note from the OBGYN about abnormalities - Yea, so needless to say that I will be going back on the normal meds routine 'till that gets sorted out. Perhaps a sign that this is not the right time. Still sux! I was feeling the withdrawal earlier this afternoon but I was handling that and thinking how proud I was of myself. I'm going to go with it though - I did learn from Lost last night - timing is everything!

I should have read my horoscope (from google) this morning, I see some foreshadowing...

You may be overly tired today, for you have been working hard without necessarily reaching your goals. Still, you probably have done more than you realize, for the Moon in Aquarius can color your perceptions. Remember that awareness is your ally at this time. Pay attention and be ready for the unexpected changes.

Oh well, life goes on...literally my sister goes to the hospital tonight to be induced, I will be an auntie again tomorrow!

I also forgot to tell you that my mocs were so bad last night, embarrassingly bad.
S is talking about not going to the conference tournament and he has not missed a tournament in 12 or so years!

Hey there Molly! Thanks for stopping by my blog or following Andy, either way, its great!

As for you question and eating differently. Not knowing what your eating so its hard to say. I will say that eating clean food, such as lean meats, chicken, fish, green vegs, carbohydrates like brown rice, yams, limited pastas (depending on your goals), and nuts are all great things to eat while we are training.

Those types of food give the body the best energy to perform all these crazy sports we do.

As for your training towards the 10k. First off, congrads!! thats a big step. Most people dont realize but thats 6.2 Miles!!!
Now depending on your goals, which, seem like to support your friend and just have fun, I think your time of run/walking 3.5 miles in 45 mins is good. As it is your first one setting time goals is not highly recommended as all kinds of things may arise to alter your first time. Just have fun and do the best you can. If your staying consistent with your training then come race day, it will be over before you know it! and you will be signing up for another one.

I could talk forever so if you more specific questions on anything drop me an email, huzkers89@yahoo.com
will be happy to help!
I will be checking on ya so throw me a bone on your blog if you dont email and let every1 know how your training is going.

thanks Molly!
