And the sore one bent inward and was not as strong as the other one. So I was running funny on it. Now I have to be careful that I land on that leg straight, and the knee is much better. He also gave me some exercises to do.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8135889604674524651.post-6561285266633175682007-07-06T08:56:00.000-05:002007-07-06T08:56:00.000-05:00Crying to yourself and being irritable are to sepa...Crying to yourself and being irritable are to separate animals. You can run and hide when you're crying and you can live with that. I can't really live with myself when my irritablity effects other people. Hope the knee gets better. Don't worsen the injury by over doing it. take care!Bullethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11335837465731395848noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8135889604674524651.post-49242247172520704612007-07-05T22:44:00.000-05:002007-07-05T22:44:00.000-05:00Mmmmmm...riiiiiiibs. :-)You'll get your meds issu...Mmmmmm...riiiiiiibs. :-)

You'll get your meds issue figured out soon, I'm sure. Either way, as long as you feel good with the outcome, it will have been a successful venture...and I agree, who wants to be "normal"?Andra Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08061332679414246811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8135889604674524651.post-76201656812313876002007-07-05T16:34:00.000-05:002007-07-05T16:34:00.000-05:00Good idea to talk to the therapist to make a good ...Good idea to talk to the therapist to make a good decision about meds.

And sorry about your sore knee. hope that gets better soon.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03231464198799653331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8135889604674524651.post-39110847144693668812007-07-05T14:55:00.000-05:002007-07-05T14:55:00.000-05:00Don't feel bad about having to be on meds if thats...Don't feel bad about having to be on meds if thats what you think is right for you. It doesn't mean you aren't "normal" or incompetent. It just means that your body has a hard time creating the dopamine or whatever it is that helps us to stay relaxed. Its the same thing as people that take Vitamin pills cause they know their body needs those nutrients, or like I've said before, insulin if you are diabetic. There is nothing to be ashamed of! Besides, who wants to be normal :) How boring.Aiméehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07915969048532920780noreply@blogger.com
